昨今の資本主義の危機をマルクス主義はどう捉えるのか。ドイツ，ブラジル，北欧，韓国での議論のサーベイを聞くと，価値・批判論（ドイツ），レギュラシオン理論（ブラジル），フィンランド・マルクス学会の発足（1997年），ネグリや柄谷行人の翻訳（韓国）などからマルクス理論の受容と継承に大きな違いがある。
中国の新MEGAへの接近は国家プロジェクトどころかローカルなネットワークも未整備だという。
